Worldcom’s Confidence Index (WCI) annual report measures the level of confidence or concern the leaders have in relation to a specific topic or audience.
WCI 2020 shows the changes that the COVID pandemic caused to the business operations and outline the global trends for 2021.
By using an artificial intelligence (AI) tool, Worldcom identified the topics that CEOs and CMOs were talking about on their online media channels.
For the first year the Bulgarian business leaders are participating in the study together with another 54,000 CEOs and CMOs from a total of 36 countries.
