This year, for the grand concert for the annual festival “The Day og Yambol” special participation took the flamenco kings of the legendary band “Gipsy Kings”. Janev & Janev organized special interviews with the media with three of the founding members of the band.

On June 16, Chico Buciki, together with two of the founders of the legendary group, the Canut brothers and Paul Reyes, are the top performers who will perform at the big concert in Yambol for the city’s festival. From 2018, the three of them tour around the world, united under the name “Original Gypsies,” along with 15 other musicians and singers.

Janev & Janev accompanied the welcoming and farewell of the legendary group, as well as organizing numerous TV and online interviews with the band.

1. When were you last in Bulgaria?
It was a few years ago. We were very impressed and now very happy to be invited to come back and make a great gypsy fiesta in Bulgaria.

2. What makes Gipsy Kings’s music a favorite of several generations?
Our music has become eternal, a classics, because it has no age, language or social barriers. It is one of the rare musical experiences that can bring together different tastes and people – all to celebrate together.

3. What is the best lesson you learned during your musical career?
Humility and sharing happiness with the audience.

4. What are your fans to expect?
To meet with 15 musicians on the stage – eight guitarists, five more – percussions, bass, piano and violin as well as some incredible singers and guitar soloists who will send the audience in a passionate dream.
